In this phase
customer interfacing is carried out in order to probe, identify and freeze the objectives. This is further carried forward by evaluating the trainees. Diagnostics and pre-learning assessments are established. Finally a training module is conceived and customised taking account of the inferences of the previous exercises. We make our training sessions completely interactive, making the trainees to participate, correlate and interact within the subject matter. This includes generous usage of interactive tools and media like presentations, audio visual aids and recordings thereby modelling the “session-activities”. Based on the inferences of our "probing", we construct a bouquet of activity sessions ranging from basic classroom sessions, floor coaching techniques and one-on-one interactions. This makes our sessions authentic in real time, through a proportionate concoction of various ingredients to form a particular style.
Regular monitoring of progress milestones through customised and metric s-based report cards, thus making the evaluation process as scalable as possible. Effective evaluation helps in identifying the points of strength and weaknesses within the participants. This identification further helps us to impart coaching where ever needed. We also propose follow-up as well as feedback calendars, wherein we reinstate counselling and trainings, as a continuity of this learning and unlearning process.
